We're Hiring - Office / Social Media Manager


Wide Variety is seeking an enthusiastic Office/Social Media Manager to work in our busy office in Dublin. This is a varied role and would be perfect for an energetic, highly organised person, who is a proven self-starter and enjoys running an organised and productive office. Reporting to the CEO, you will have full operational responsibility for all of the office functions.

Duties will include:

  • Managing efficient office administration.

  • Organising staff, services and operations of multiple events each week.

  • Responsibility for the social media accounts of multiple different businesses (our clients) on various different platforms, the vast majority of which will be Facebook, Instagram & occasionally Twitter.

  • Creating and sourcing social media content for our clients.

  • Scheduling all social media content for your designated accounts.

  • Liaising with clients, vendors, partners etc.

  • Managing customer service.

  • Making sales and setting meetings.

  • Assisting the CEO.

  • Organising and managing various different projects within the company.

  • Credit control, accounts & invoicing.

  • Producing regular reports.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be self-motivated, optimistic and energetic with an excellent work ethic.

  • Possess the ability to think independently, process issues and solve problems.

  • Have an excellent understanding of social media and a good understanding of marketing.

  • Have an interest in social media marketing and event management / services.

  • Be very organised with excellent people and communication skills in all different forms.

  • Be willing to work flexible hours when required.

  • S/he is a career focused person who wants to learn, grow and develop with the company.

€ salary depending on experience plus bonuses.
